THEME: Does Health Law Protect Dignity and Save Lives
It is my honor to invite you to attend 20th World Congress for Medical Law. World Congress for Medical Law is the congress that attracts leading experts in the field of medical law, health law and ethics, not only lawyers or physicians, but also experts from all health professions, ethicists, sociologists and philosophers. Except to present new developments in medical law and discuss different solutions of health protection, attending the Congress is great opportunity to exchange ideas with worldwide experts from the field of health law.
Emphasis of the 20th World Congress is human rights based approach in health, law and ethics since health law and human rights are an inseparable synergy. The congress will also a great opportunity to discuss current issues in medical malpractice, responsibility and insurance, bioethics and legal aspects of reproductive technology and genetics, medical research, e-health, legal issues in public health, bioethical and legal aspect of mental care, nursing practice, alternative and complementary therapies and biolexology.

The best student paper will be presented reward. Also, I would like to welcome you all to Bali, The exotic Island of Indonesia that captivate the attention of tourist because of the wonderful experience they’ve experiences. Also, to invite you to explore our beautiful country, seacoast, islands, lakes, mountains, cities and towns. We hope that you will find proposed pre or post Congress tours interesting or you may have the option to explore the country by yourself. In any case, I and the hole organizing team of the Congress are on your disposal. I hope that you will enjoy the Conference.

Plenary Sessions
The World Congress will feature a broad range of recognized plenary speakers. Plenary sessions will be held at the beginning of each day where invited speakers will discuss vital topics, which interrelate with the main themes of the Congress. The Plenary sessions will be followed by oral (Symposia) presentations, it will run in five concurrent streams, which have been carefully constructed by the Organizing Committee to ensure variety, consistency and originality. In addition to the Oral presentations, daily Poster sessions will be a major feature of the Congress Program. This will accommodate for the incredible amount of information that the Congress has to offer. Everyday, two Senior Speaker will be available therefore 6 speakers will be available in 3 days.
Symposium and Satellite Meeting
The satellite meeting is conduct in other room, which was planned on last day where it will be delivered in Indonesian language (full day). The speakers are combination from Indonesia and overseas. This also can contribute to all national participants that can’t attend the conventions.
Symposium will be held in 5 parallel session, where it will give chance to 275 to be presented for 4 days (on Scientific Schedule).
Workshops
4 Proposed Workshops:
Laboratory Safety, Malpractice in Forensic Medicine, Legal protection for People Living with HIV/AIDS, Restorative Justice for Medical Dispute Resolution and Disaster Management. The Organizing Committee would like to invite Congress delegates to participate in, which will run in the days prior to the Congress Further details to come.
